Compass real estate brokers needed a better way to connect with black and latino home owners and buyers in Brooklyn, NY. Compass' tech-centric approach was better for Manhattan, but lacked a folk-centric side that proves more successful in inner cities. A7's Enensa Amen floored Compass executives with the reveal of the moniker "Kintrify", which means to gentrify while protecting the deep-seeded kinships in urban communities. The campaign serves to deliver sage real estate advice to families that don't traditionally possess an optimized housing asset history. The Campaign Plan featured 10 bold and innovative approaches to market real estate, all designed to stand out and appear a fresh, new alternative to the all-too-familiar real estate postcard mailer.
